<p>At first glance, it does sound like an appealing idea but you're right that such a loan would most likely not help everyone it should as well as it should.</p><p>Your idea is also very great, yet sometimes it's all about mindset when dealing with people.</p><p>Would the loans be given on a first come first serve basis?</p><p>How would they choose people who would be qualified to get it?</p><p>With those questions aside, I think your idea is great too.</p><p>A way for the money to be in circulation with minimal risk.</p>
