<p>Both are wrong in this incident sha😂😂</p><p>Tony Elemelu knows the doctrine in the financial world is for everyone to be called or addressed with their first name. It's to bring up equal respect and yada yada.</p><p>He is not exempt from it, and sadly it looks like he just did that because he was in Nigeria at a convention or event where he had the power (as shown in other trending video)</p><p>The lady should have noticed that other people did address him with honorifics, so she should have followed suit😂</p>
