<p>I have had sleeping paralysis several times and it's not a very beautiful experience</p><p>It's really crazy, you're awake but not awake</p><p>You want to lift even a finger but you can't, you want to talk but you can't and I kid you not that's one of the worst things that can happen to someone.</p><p>I don't wish it on an enemy for</p><p>I remember trying to call my mum but I couldn't open my mouth 😂😂 and I legit heard her talking</p><p>Yooo</p>

I have had it countless times too. It is the most terrifying experience ever!
