<p>Hmmm....when we pray to God, we pray through His Spirit and in the name of Jesus. His Spirit helps us pray. When words get heavy, when we can only let out groanings, when we pray in the Spirit, when we worship and praise, and any other form or posture of prayer the Spirit leads us to take.</p><p>Prayer is not just talking to God, it is communicating with Him. So yes, please!!! As the Spirit leads.</p>
