<p>1/2</p><p>"tongues" of course, simply means language. In this context, however...it is "the language of the Spirit".</p><p>From that alone, the question gets easier to answer. Native languages are taught, but when it comes to the language of the Spirit, there is no manual. As the Spirit leads.... a spiritual gift...</p><p>If the Spirit leads you to speak in a native language that you have never been taught, for edification and to the glory of God..why not?</p>
