<p>Very relatable..</p><p>Lol, my hands still shake every time I have to hold a microphone and speak in front of a crowd. Every time I have to be the only one standing to speak to a seated crowd, my voice still trembles.</p><p>But indeed, leadership didn't care about that at all. Literally had to build a version of me that wore confidence until she became her. Now, I'm the only one who notices that my hands still shake and my voice still quavers. Everyone else sees and hears the version of me called "brave".</p>

Exactly! Nobody notices it now, but there was a time...

I'm just glad we've learnt to overcome that version of ourselves.
