<p>I think it's both.</p><p>We create it, but sometimes the reason to create it, is what's given.</p><p>Relationships that mean so much very often leave a fraction of the people left behind, stuck in our memories. And this makes it very difficult to let go.</p><p>That last conversation or explanation may just be the last straw or the eye opener needed to actually say bye-bye and never look back.</p><p>Other times, we just learn to live with it until it starts to hurt less.. creating reasons to smile through the pain.</p>
