<p>1.</p><p>We're sincerely not ready for this conversation.</p><p>I grew up in Lagos and the number of young children both male and female I've seen taken from the village or their family to become house help is really alarming.</p><p>It is a very wrong system that needs to be corrected.</p><p>Most parents would birth so much children that they can't cater for then they start dumping them in relative houses or even a complete stranger house to serve as house help and they'll be getting paid.</p><p>Like very sick thing fr</p>

That's basically just selling out the kids.

Life happens and now they're trying to earn through innocent kids that suffer cruelty and all form of inhumane treatment from people they even call "Aunties" or "Uncles".

I am quite aware it's really not a good experience.
