<p>I do believe in the mantra "respect should be earned" and I'll explain my reasons.</p><p>I don't disagree with the fact that everyone should be respected and all but even at that; there're people that would really want to trample on you and then use the fact that you are younger to disrespect you.</p><p>I'm not a rude person; but I'll never sit still and watch someone disrespect me and expect respect from me.</p><p>It doesn't work that way.</p><p>In all respect everyone but respect is reciprocal.</p><p>Just my thoughts tho</p>
