<p>Consent is not simply about saying “yes.” It is about having the genuine freedom to say “no” without fear of consequences. When that freedom is absent, consent loses its authenticity. Therefore, consent cannot be considered valid if a person feels they cannot refuse.</p><p>Some people gaslight people into giving consent and like you said consent is not infinite; I can choose to say no after I said yes before.</p><p>This topic is really not properly emphasized in the society.</p><p>Very sad fr🤧</p>
