<p>....moving on doesn't necessarily mean a change of environment, that moving on is not burying oneself under a pile of work.</p><p>This is so true fr; ignoring your pain doesn't make it better or make it heal, if you do not make conscious efforts to heal, it would still hurt whenever poked.</p><p>This is a very wonderful insight🧡</p>
