<p>Comparison is thrown to everyone both those performing well and those that aren't.</p><p>The reason isn't always bad fr, they just don't want you to settle for less and they want you to do better but most times just tell me I did a good job</p><p>That's enough to keep me going.</p><p>Comparison should be reexamined so we don't cause more harm than good.</p><p>Very insightful🧡</p>
