<p>We're so caught with things going on that we hardly notice when there are changes around us. But if you leave that area for a while and come back you'll notice how much things have changed.</p><p>The last paragraph where you said:</p><p>"I'm going outside more and screentime has been reduced and honestly it's been refreshing, that how it makes me feel"</p><p>I've been wanting to try this but it's easier said than done🤧</p><p>I'm not addicted to screen, it's just that I have to be on it🥲</p><p>Amazing insight.🧡</p>
