<p>I like the way you wrote this.</p><p>Resources plays a major part in our lives.</p><p>There are many people who are actually capable but lack or inefficient resources causes constraints.</p><p>Relating back to the example you used that;</p><p>The one with a 3.2 gb flash drive might actually do a good job but if his work is a 3.5 gb, he won't be able to include all of his work which can cause a reduction of his grade.</p><p>Inefficient resource is what led to this not incompetence.....</p>
