It shouldn't give you permission to disrespect their dignity.</p><p>Yes I concur.</p><p>I believe Respect is reciprocal, you can't talk down on me and expect me to talk high to you.</p><p>But in scenario that involves boss at work.</p><p>You would just have to accept it, wall up to your boss and let him know what he did.</p><p>Nice insight🫶</p>

That's actually the difficult part. Sometimes you know you have been wronged, but the power imbalance makes you think twice about speaking up. The question is, where do we draw the line between respecting authority and tolerating disrespect?
