<p>Hmm I don't know what to say sincerely...</p><p>I relate so much to this...</p><p>Too much....</p><p>Menstruation isn't a topic that we were properly taught and they always made us feel ashamed of it.</p><p>The moment you see your menstruation you're suddenly 'a woman'</p><p>Then you're thought to keep quiet about it even the pain.</p><p>Some men even find it disgusting and they use it to shame ladies at times.....</p>

Honestly the way our mothers drilled that "you're now a woman" part into our heads ehhn😂😂

Menstruation and the feelings that come with it need to talked about more
