<p>This is actually teaching one important life lesson which is teamwork.</p><p>I'm not really a fan of band music but with my understanding of bands, teamwork is very important.</p><p>If they don't have that the band cannot even work to start with because everything they're going to be doing balls down to teamwork.</p><p>That's why in cases when a person leaves the band, there's high chances that the band disband except if they get a suitable replacement though.</p><p>Never downplay the importance of teamwork!🧡</p>
