<p>Williams Shakespeare once said; heavy is the head that wears the crown.</p><p>Leadership comes with responsibility, accountability and so on.</p><p>If you know you can't take more than just the title but everything that comes with the title, it's best you don't even start the journey at all because you'll end up failing those who put their trust on you.</p><p>Leadership is actually not easy at all.</p><p>It's tasky and demanding, it would take a lot from you so you must be willing to sacrifice.</p><p>Brilliant piece!🫶</p>
