<p>The way you explained overthinking is actually different....</p><p>You're not saying it's exactly good or bad, you're just standing on the stance that it could be protecting.</p><p>I do not agree to that a hundred percent.</p><p>Overthinking things stops you for doing lots of things because you overthink and overthink the worse.</p><p>A larger number of times, over thinkers are always overthinking the worse possible scenario, but why not the right possible scenario.....</p>
