<p>It takes courage to accept this and that's the first step.</p><p>You know that this is an issue and you're not shifting blame on anyone or anything.</p><p>You know you're the cause and I think you saying it implies you want to stop but then you think about changing and you run because change is foreign, change is difficult and then you say you don't want to stop.</p><p>Find clarity on whether you really want to stop or not, then we can go from there.</p><p>Amazing insight🫶</p>
