<p>I love how you wrote this, it's unique but I don't think what happened that day was anyone's fault.</p><p>I heard the bank operate on first name basis but he didn't like that and he said it there that she shouldn't address him that way.</p><p>The reason it caused a stir is because Nigeria is a cultural country, unlike European countries you can't address someone older than you in that manner but what many Nigerian fail to understand is that it's not a big deal in that bank that's why she got backlash....</p>
