<p>.....According to what I've been able to gather, Uba bank supports the first name style of addressing, that's why the lady used it so the fact that TOE didn't like that and he corrected her immediately was just the normal thing to do and everyone go about their day.</p><p>The only thing I can say was wrong on her end is that she should have read the room before making such statement, people that spoke before her didn't address him as Tony so she shouldn't have even taken that kind of chance....</p>
