<p>Oouuu how did I miss this....</p><p>I read Senghor's poem over and over again then in high school because I was made to do series of analysis on it.</p><p>And the more I studied the poem the more it made so much sense to me.</p><p>He was saying a lot with just the description of black woman.</p><p>And people saw it in different lights...</p><p>Personally, I saw it as him appreciating Africa and also the woman race.</p><p>I really advise those that haven't read the poem to try to because It is really a masterpiece.</p><p>Amazing!🧡</p>
