<p>The expectations are actually really high fr</p><p>The requirements and all can be really burdening</p><p>If you're not careful you end up putting yourself under pressure and ruining everything or even your own life.</p><p>I believe the way out of it is to not try to meet these expectations.</p><p>Just be true to yourself and be the person you'll be proud of that's all.</p><p>Give your best but don't allow people to decide how your life should go.</p><p>This is what I do though🙂</p><p>This is a very wonderful read🧡</p>

That's why most people are depressed at a very tender age because the expectations are too high. And these pressures weight them down physically and mentally.
