<p>Sleep paralysis....</p><p>I never even knew it had a name.</p><p>I felt this countless times when I was younger until it just stopped suddenly</p><p>Till date I still don't know what causes it, I didn't even know it had a name sef</p><p>I thought then that I was the only one that had it until I opened up to some of my friends and they related to it.</p><p>Damn it's a very brutal experience....</p><p>I don't wish it on anyone</p><p>The description in this is very good...</p><p>Brilliant work MJ🧡</p>
