<p>Omooo lots of people are too complacent because of this hierarchy thing</p><p>Because someone is higher in hierarchy or older doesn't really make the person above mistakes</p><p>I mean we should be able to say something when things are not done correctly, we shouldn't just swallow it down.</p><p>It's not about being disrespectful or rude, it's just proper ethics</p><p>But then, one major reason some people would rather not talk is so they won't lose their jobs🙂</p><p>I don't blame anyone sha🤧</p>
