<p>Silent moments does create time for deep thought, well, I don’t stay precisely by 3:00 but I can relate to what the serenity of those hours does to the mind….</p><p>There’s no need to perform anything, you just sit and listen to your inner voice without distractions from the outside world, well, that’s if you’re lucky to have neighbors that aren’t binge watching a movie series and decide to put it on speaker sha… 😩</p>
