<p>Period cramps is a whole lot.</p><p>The fact that it's nau every month🥲</p><p>Ending up in the hospital every month, throwing up, getting uninterested with food you normally love, sometimes craving stuff, just lying down on a cool floor so you'll feel relieved, or having to boil water and then dip a dried cloth inside so you can place it warm or hot on your waist, taking meds because even though you didn't want to self medicate, it has become unbearable, and so much more...</p><p>Omo</p>
