I've seen it hurt my friends when I do it, so I'm trying to change.</p><p>But there also is a balance, you need to understand the person in question, is this someone that doesn't really like being online but is very present physically? Or are they introverts?</p><p>We can't give a specific advice that will run across millions of people...it's better to know the characteristics of the person in question and tackle it.</p>
