<p>Sometimes, I plan out my entire novel and sometimes, I just write - going with the flow but I later came to realise I end up getting stuck in the middle because I've written out the best ideas in my head and I'm left with a writer's block.</p>

This is the struggle with pantsers. The middle of the book is mostly the major issue. Getting stuck is hard, and deciding to take a break can be a real struggle when you suddenly forget character names or mix them up.
