<p>Honestly.</p><p>I hate it too.</p><p>I like to think bullying is just an expression of everything that a person is afraid of about the other person. So it kind of affect their self esteem and the only thing that could make them feel powerful is to inflict ill treatment on those they term "weaker vessels" because I haven't seen a bully bullying their own kind. I teach and I make sure there's never a bully in my class- not under my leadership.</p>
