I didn’t do much activity in camp matter of fact I came back fatter and fresher after 3weeks.</p><p>You actually don’t have to over do it , cause there is still cds and your ppa after camp that’s the main NYSC and it is un nerving 🤌🏾🤣😂Aswr… I wish you success</p>
