<p>This really hit me. Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t even what we’re going through, but trying to explain it when we don’t fully understand it ourselves. I especially connected with the part about being present but never really being present. We keep showing up and doing what we’re supposed to do, so everyone assumes we’re fine. Sometimes we’re not.</p>
