<p>This felt like reading someone slowly letting go of a life they once thought they would keep. The little memories, especially the cake, the anniversary and the Abuja trip, made the goodbye feel much more personal. And that final “I loved you” really hit because sometimes love doesn't disappear just because the relationship does.</p>
