<p>Speaking from a Nigerian perspective, I don't think there are any written laws about men keeping long or full hair.</p><p>Just like the unwritten rule to avoid mentally impaired people, I feel like most Nigerians just follow the handed down laws from ancestors. My greatgrandmother encountered a thief with dreads and so I have to avoid any male with dreads.</p><p>I hope that makes sense</p>
