And that would also mean that we would be punished (on the spot) for each sin we commit.</p><p>Tithing just means that you acknowledge the hand of God in everything you get and you should give back a portion of it (for your own personal blessings)</p><p>Your second question, I don't think there's any law that have been given in the bible that doesn't have two</p>
