<p>I didn't realize how much I needed this reminder until I read it.</p><p>It's wild how easy it is to confuse constant stimulation with actually being alive.</p><p>We consume so much that our minds stay full, yet somehow our lives stay empty.</p><p>And that mental obesity phrase? Brilliant and painfully accurate .</p><p>This was beautifully written, and honestly, deeply necessary</p>
