<p>Thisss!!!</p><p>The very first delivery I witnessed as a student nurse had an episiotomy at the end. Fun fact, the baby wasn't even that big, and I still have his picture as my display picture on WhatsApp.</p><p>The process of childbirth sounds like a fairytale and all, until you actually watch it happen.</p><p>I honestly think we should normalise forcing men into the labour rooms with their wives because that's probably the only way they'll understand.</p><p>And let's not even get started on the animals who won't</p>

Omg, younno what?

I wrote this insight for months now, with the hope that people would share their thoughts on this, but unfortunately, I got no comment.

My mom is a medical personnel, and she makes sure their husbands stay in the labour room with their women during childbirth.

For me it stirs a level of consciousness and more intentionality towards their women.
