<p>No, that's not how you are, that's how you chose to be.</p><p>There's something a creator on this platform says at the end of most of his insights "unlearn, learn, relearn" or something in that sense.</p><p>You don't have to unlearn every habit of yours, but it is important that you unlearn toxic ones and relearn healthy ones.</p><p>And no matter how good you think you are, you will never be able to judge yourself fairly, so it's just best that you listen to how others see you and make necessary compromises</p>
