It can feel safer to cling to pain we know than to face the unknown of healing. Memories become part of identity, and letting go can feel like losing a piece of ourselves. But holding on often delays growth and keeps us stuck in series of emotional breakdowns.Letting go starts with acceptance of what happened and what didn’t.</p>
