<p>I think closure is a mix of both.</p><p>There were some relationships and friendships I’ve had in the past that ended suddenly and for a long time, I never understood what happened. I didn’t feel any other emotion other than utter confusion and it made it really hard for me to move on. So I did what I needed to to. I demanded some answers. Not because I wanted them back in my life…no. I needed it for me. After getting the answers and clarifying my confusion, I was able to let go.</p>
