<p>Thank you so much for this.</p><p>Everytime I lose someone dear to me or I’m having a depressive episode, people are always telling me to be strong. I hate that sentence so much because why do I have to be strong?</p><p>I don’t want to be. I want to feel everything I need to feel. I don’t want to put up a facade or pretend I’m okay!I’m really glad someone finally said this🤍</p>

I hope people come to understand that it's not everytime people need sympathy. Their presence alone is okay.
