<p>Two days ago, I saw a video on TikTok. The lady said “you think you’re so self aware but you can’t even mention one good thing about yourself. You know your bad habits and you’re very conscious of the way you act but you cannot mention one thing you love about yourself.”</p><p>It was at that point I realized that I’m not just pessimistic, but I’m also not as self aware as I think.</p><p>As a human being, in as much as it’s good to be aware of our bad sides, we should also appreciate our good parts too.</p>
