<p>The “sugar doesn’t just enter your uterus and tell it oya, cramp more” part 😂😭. I actually like that you didn’t turn this into another “sugar is bad” lecture. The distinction between noticing a food pattern and claiming that sugar directly causes cramps was important.</p>
