“If you cannot comfortably do what you are demanding of others, then you have no right to demand it.”This is a statement I live by wholeheartedly. If you can’t afford it yourself, then abeg don’t ask for it.I am currently going through a break up and I have told myself that it is time to sit with my thoughts and identify where I am messing up. Sometimes, “we” are the problem and not the other way around.

I'm sorry to hear that, I'm glad you are taking the time to sit with yourself, it will help to pinpoint the parts you played.

Eventually, like a wise woman once told me, the relational issues can only be fixed when you get into a relationship.

This is because even healthy relationship triggers you. Your childhood traumas, your worldview and belief system. It doesn't mean the person is toxic or wrong, it's what happens when 2 worlds come together
