Even when these threads started fraying, I had to gather strength from myself to keep myself going.I agree with this statement you made; but if you had turned even a fraction of that strength inward, toward yourself, you might have stayed.That line resonates deeply because many people who struggle often possess more strength than they realize but find it difficult to extend that same grace to themselves.
