<p>Finally, someone has put my thoughts into words. Even at my age, I find myself struggling with phone addiction and have been making a conscious effort to break free from it.</p><p>At this point, we need to intentionally renew our mindset and make changes from within. If we cultivate positive values and commendable habits, the younger generation will naturally learn from our example.</p>
