It’s quite interesting.</p><p>When you’re in Cesar, you behave like one when you’re in Naija, you behave like one…😂</p><p>Really, jokes apart, this matter is sensitive but not so complicated.</p><p>Imagine if Chairman goes out of Africa and he’s been addressed that way..it won’t be a big deal cos it’s their culture.</p><p>But here in Nigeria, respect is printed in our name even in our tone, so I don’t think it should be overlooked in cooperate settings also.</p><p>I see your POV though.
