<p>Is it so bad when it doesn’t seem harmful? I have accepted and made it a coping mechanism to remember that no one is ALWAYS going to be there, they are all gonna disappear at one point like a mist and honestly it might hurt sometimes but isn’t it better to acknowledge that now than experience their loss and grieve?</p><p>Sometimes the silence is soothing.</p>
