Respect is reciprocal but it's sad that people in authority don't feel like they have to respect those under them. They want to only be receiving without giving. And that's not how things should be done.Funny how a good measure of their character is always returning back to them and they won't be able to tolerate it.Well-done.

Exactly. And I think that's where the real problem lies. Respect shouldn't be something that only flows upward in an organization. It should go both ways. The difficult part is knowing how to respond when the person above you doesn't see it that way.
